The KNVB is the Royal Netherlands Football Association and forms the heart of organized football in the Netherlands. The association is responsible for the organization of Dutch football, from amateur to professional football, and also plays a central role in national teams, major international matches, and international tournaments. Within the KNVB's communication, it's not just about sports performance, but also about experience, pride, recognition, and strengthening campaigns around important football moments. Especially in the run-up to a World Cup, it's important to involve supporters, partners, and guests in the energy of the tournament and to increase the visibility of the Dutch national team.
For this collaboration, the KNVB used holograms as a striking communication tool within the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The holograms supported the World Cup qualification campaign and made it possible to present players, visual content, and the World Cup in an innovative way. This created a strong combination of sport, brand experience, and technology, fitting the image of a modern football organization.
