Check in advance how the installation gets from the loading area to the stand. Check doors, lifts, corridors and maximum dimensions. Large exhibition venues often have fixed loading times and rules for transport vehicles.
A large flight case does not automatically fit in every lift or van. This check must therefore take place before the show day.
Holograms and associated parts must be firmly protected during transport. Suitable flight cases prevent damage and keep cables, displays and mounting materials neatly together.
The setup must be placed, connected and tested. With a custom plinth, a double-sided hologram or several linked displays, this takes more time than with a compact model.
Also allow room for delays at the entrance, registration or stand construction. A test just before opening is not a good moment to discover missing power or the wrong content.
Check where the power connection will be and have cables safely tucked away. For online functions such as an AI hologram a stable internet connection may also be needed.
The hologram must be visible from the aisle, but must not block an escape route or the flow of visitors. Also take bright light, neighbouring stands and the desired viewing distance into account.
We deliver the holograms fully plug and play and test them extensively in advance in our studio, so that all settings and functionalities work correctly. Content that works well in the studio may need a small adjustment under different lighting conditions. If necessary, we can carry out further optimisations in advance or on location.
Media Hologram can fully take care of transport, installation and technical checks. Check out our solutions for events and trade shows or discuss your planning.
